Q: WHAT IS THE BOOKING PROCESS?
We will help you to choose a menu plan, drink or wine choices, dietary requirements, and any special touches for your event. The number of guests, date and time for the event can be organised as well as convenient payment arrangements.
Q: WHAT IS/ISN´T INCLUDED IN THE DINNER?
A: The event will be held at your house or private location, and we appreciate you may not have all the cutlery, dishware and glasses you need; therefore we can discuss this in the coffee chat to make sure we have everything you need for your dinner party.
We will supply all the menu recipes ingredients and any other food/drink that we decided during the booking process.
Cookware & Equipment
We can bring cookware and preparation equipment for cooking your meal. We do not currently have a portable stove, so we do require for your kitchen location to have a gas or electric hob and oven.
If the meal plan needs it, we can supply speciality cooking equipment such as an electric blender, and will only need access to a mains plug.
Q: HOW MUCH MUST I PAY AS DEPOSIT AND HOW?
A: We usually request 50% of the agreed price, at least one week in advance as a deposit. The deposit will be used to purchase ingredients and speciality items before the event. You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or in cash during a personal meeting, at your convenience.
Q: CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING?
A: You can cancel your booking at any time. If you cancel your reservation before two weeks of the event, we will be able to give you back your full deposit.
If you cancel your booking within two weeks of the event, your deposit may have been used to purchase ingredients or speciality items that needed to source in advance for the event.
Therefore a full refund cannot always be arranged at short notice.
Q: DO YOU CLEANING YOUR WORK AREA BEFORE YOU LEAVE?
A: We will clean the area where we have been working for your event to leave your house in perfect condition. Our main passion is for you to enjoy the event with your guests, and leave the cooking and cleaning to us! We can speak in more detail about during the booking process.
